Volunteer Registration
It is not required, but would be appreciated if you would volunteer time for our Extended Programs (Swimming on Tuesday and Hockey on Thursday both running until 3:00 pm).

The Mike Bush Fantasy Baseball Camp offers children who are deaf or hard of hearing the opportunity to play the game of baseball during a week long summer camp. Every reasonable effort is made to ensure safety for all children during the camp. However, in the unlikely event an injury would occur during the week of the camp, the Mike Bush Fantasy Baseball Camp, City of St. Peters, camp volunteers, camp sponsors, and camp staff are not liable for compensatory damages as a result of such an injury. To participate in the Fantasy Camp, each parent and volunteer must show proof of insurance by completing this Liability Release Form.
I hereby release the Mike Bush Fantasy Baseball Camp of any and all liability for me and/or my child and will not hold the Mike Bush Fantasy Baseball Camp, City of St. Peters, camp volunteers, camp sponsors, or camp staff responsible for damages in the event of any injury, or loss of items during the week of the camp. Finally, I give the Mike Bush Fantasy Baseball Camp permission to photograph and publish photographs of me and/or my child.
You will receive a confirmation on or before May 15th. Thank you and we look forward to having you at the camp.
